Privacy Notice for Prospective Clients, Clients, Administrators and Users of the BEEGOPP Platform

The BEEGOPP Platform is a technological solution for referring candidates to job positions in various companies, which operates through the Internet site https://www.beegopp.com.

I. Identity and address of the Data Controller.

The Data Controller of the personal data you provide is Integralia LLC, (hereinafter "BEEGOPP" or the "Controller"), with address at 2127 Brickell Ave, Apt 703, Miami, FL 33129 same to hear and receive notifications.

II. Personal data collected.

In the case of prospective customers and clients, we inform you that we process personal identification, employment, contact and location data . Also, that no sensitive personal data will be processed.

In the case of Administrators and Users, we inform you that, in order to comply with the purposes stated in this Notice, BEEGOPP will process identification, contact, labor, location (address), patrimonial data, financial data, identification data of the device through which you access, IP, records of entry and exit of the uses of the Platform.

III. Purposes of treatment.

In the case of prospective and (actual) customers, the Data Controller may process your personal data for the following primary purposes:

  1. Contact to prospect you as a customer to offer services by various means, such as telephone, email, SMS messages, instant messaging tools such as WhatsApp or MSM, or through social networks.
  2. Schedule appointments to visit or contact you and offer BEEGOPP's services.
  3. Follow up on activities with prospective clients.
  4. Submit commercial proposals and quotations to you.
  5. Follow up on the commercial proposals submitted.
  6. Perform statistical reports of the activities carried out with prospective clients.
  7. According to the activity of the prospective customer, perform the risk class classification.
  8. To draw up the document stating the commercial relationship with the Responsible Party.
  9. Identify the representatives of the parties (legal entities) or the parties (individuals).
  10. Locate you to enforce compliance with contractual obligations.
  11. Identify it to provide the contracted services.
  12. Register you as a client in order to follow up and control the contracted services.
  13. Contact you to communicate situations related to the provision of contracted services.
  14. Identify specific situations to provide customer service and propose, execute and follow up corrective actions.
  15. If applicable, to provide role registration-cancellation, administration and technical support services with respect to the tools or systems used and managed by the Responsible Party.
  16. If applicable, record and report the activity performed within the tools or systems used by the Responsible Party and managed by him/her.
  17. Apply satisfaction surveys of the services provided by the Responsible and analyze their results.
  18. Contact you to improve the services of the person in charge and thank you for your preference.
  19. To send you the invoices that cover the collection of services rendered.
  20. Perform collection actions, either by telephone, mail or at your home.
  21. To provide you with role registration-cancellation, administration and technical support services with respect to the tools or systems that BEEGOPP uses and manages.
  22. To send you documentation by courier for your review, signature, acceptance, knowledge and/or use.
  23. Identify you in order to authorize your entry to the Responsible Party's facilities, attend you by telephone and/or by any means you use to contact BEEGOPP.
  24. Follow up and give attention to requests for procedures carried out before BEEGOPP.
  25. Follow up on legal or contractual obligations.
  26. In case of being in the Responsible's facilities and suffering an accident, provide the required assistance.
  27. Perform operational, statistical or historical reports.
  28. Through video surveillance systems, monitoring of activities carried out within the Responsible Party's facilities.

 

In the case of Administrators, the Data Controller may process their personal data for the following primary purposes:

  1. Administration and control of the Platform.
  2. Identification for the management, configuration and administration of your user and password for use of the Platform.
  3. Configuration of permissions within the Platform.
  4. Provide you with the personal data with which your user is registered for consultation.
  5. Present you with messages sent to you by other users through the Platform.
  6. Deliver the messages you send through the Platform to the indicated addressee.
  7. Sending and receiving e-mail notifications.
  8. Provide you with technical support.
  9. Provide attention and follow-up to doubts and requests related to the Platform, as well as contact you for clarification or follow-up.
  10. Generate reports and statistics on the use of the Platform and the records contained therein.
  11. Manage the cancellation of your user within the Platform.

In the case of Users, i.e. collaborators and leaders, the Data Controller may process their personal data for the following primary purposes:

  1. Identification for the management, configuration and administration of your user and password for the use of the Platform.
  2. Configuration of permissions within the Platform.
  3. Provide you with the personal data with which your user is registered for consultation.
  4. Provide your information to other authorized BEEGOPP Users for the use of authorized functionalities according to the roles and permissions designated in the Platform.
  5. Give you access to use the Platform in its various functionalities: View reports of activities within the Platform; Registration, management and administration of referrals that make job opportunities to third parties, visualize the progress of the referred persons in the hiring process. To be able to see their potential increase based on referral commissions as well as how much money they can charge once the referred person meets the goals established in the referral for the position they hold;
  6. Present you with messages sent to you by other users through the Platform.
  7. Deliver the messages you send through the Platform to the indicated addressee.
  8. Sending and receiving notifications by e-mail or messages.
  9. Provide you with technical support.
  10. Provide attention and follow-up to doubts and requests related to the Platform, as well as contact you for clarification or follow-up.
  11. Generate reports on the use of the Platform and the records contained therein.
  12. Manage the cancellation of your user within the Platform.

IV. Secondary purposes

For all personal data subjects, in addition, we will use their personal data for the following secondary purposes:

  1. Invite you to events organized by BEEGOPP.
  2. Elaboration and diffusion of publicity with your identification data (photographs, videos, audios of events carried out by BEEGOPP).

If you do not want your personal data to be processed for any or all of the secondary purposes, you can inform us by sending an e-mail to dataprivacy@beegopp.com.

In cases where personal data are obtained indirectly, you have a period of 5 (five) business days (from the first contact that the Responsible has with you), in order to send an email to the address dataprivacy@beegopp.com, expressing the refusal for the processing of your personal data.

V. Transfers

In order to comply with the purposes described above and others that are legally required or by competent authorities, through a founded and motivated request, the following transfers of your personal data will be made:

If you do not want your personal data to be transferred with respect to those transfers for which your consent is required, we ask that you let us know at any time by email to dataprivacy@beegopp.com .

VI. ARCO rights and/or revocation of consent

You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, also known as ARCO rights, as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your data, by communicating via e-mail to  , which is managed and attended by our Personal Data Committee of BEEGOPP, located at 2127 Brickell Ave.You may also revoke your consent to the processing of your data by sending an e-mail to dataprivacy@beegopp.com, which is managed and attended by our BEEGOPP Personal Data Committee located at 2127 Brickell Ave, Apt 703, Miami FL 33129.

An application must be submitted stating: (i) Indicate the name of the applicant, and if applicable, of his/her legal representative; (ii) Provide proof of the applicant's personality, and if applicable, of his/her legal representative; (iii) Indicate the address and/or e-mail address where he/she can be reached; (iv) Identify the right to be exercised and the data on which it is required to be exercised -if it is a right of correction, indicate the data to be corrected and the correction to be made, or, if it is a right of opposition, indicate the secondary purposes on which the right is to be exercised-. Failure to comply with item (iii) will result in the application being considered as not submitted.

Once BEEGOPP receives the application, it will have 5 (five) business days to verify the compliance of the stipulated in the previous paragraph, in case that your application is incomplete or there is any error, BEEGOPP will let you know and you will have 10 (ten) business days to comply with the requirement that we will make, not doing it in such term, the application will be considered as not submitted.In case your application is incomplete or there is an error, BEEGOPP will let you know and you will have 10 (ten) working days to comply with the requirement that we made, if you do not do it in such term, the application will be considered as not submitted.  

Once the request is deemed to have been received, BEEGOPP will have 20 (twenty) working days to inform you of the merits of your request. Once the above notification has been made, and if the right is exercised, BEEGOPP will have 15 (fifteen) working days to make the right effective.

The terms indicated in the preceding paragraph may be extended for the same period of time indicated for one single occasion and for justified cause.

VII. Limitation and/or Disclosure of your data

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending an e-mail request to dataprivacy@beegopp.com. In the event that your request is accepted, you will be registered in the list that the Company has for this purpose.

VIII. Data retention with respect to third party apps and use of third party apps.

We only retain personally identifiable information regarding your access to such applications, which are processed to enhance your experience in the interaction and use of the same within BEEGOPP. Regarding the integration with Twilio and Microsoft services, we inform you that we obtain your identification and agenda data for the synchronization of calendars and events through video conference with BEEGOPP and provide you with this functionality integrated to our technological solution.

We inform you that such personal data are kept for the time required to provide the service provided by BEEGOPP in accordance with applicable law. The provision of this Privacy Notice and the use of BEEGOPP constitutes your tacit consent to the processing of your personal data.

Likewise, we inform you that the treatment of your personal data executed by the use of third party tools is the responsibility of the companies that own such technology, therefore, we recommend you to review the Privacy Policies that govern the service of each one of them. Below, we put at your disposal the websites that you can consult for such purposes, however, we suggest you visit the main website of the provider in question, in order to consult the current and applicable policies for each case: i) For Microsoft we suggest you visit the site https://account.live.com/consent/Manage and/or https://myapps.microsoft.com ; ii) For Google we suggest you visit the site https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy and/or https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=es.

IX. Use of Cookies, web beacons or other similar technologies

We inform you that, through our website https://www.beegopp.com we use cookies and other technologies, through which it is possible to monitor your behavior as an Internet user, as well as to provide you with a better service and experience when browsing our website. The personal data that can be obtained through the use of these technologies are the following: locations, source IP address, browser used, operating system, access devices. These technologies may be disabled by following the procedures of the Internet browser you are using.

X. Users residing in the European Union.

We inform you that your personal data will be processed by Integralia LLC, (hereinafter "BEEGOPP" or the "Controller"), domiciled at 2127 Brickell Ave, Apt 703, Miami, FL and the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) will be applicable only in cases where the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.n of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) shall apply only in cases where the personal data subject resides in the European Union.

In order to comply with the principle of transparency, we inform you of the following:

  1. The identity and contact information of the Responsible Party: In order to comply with this requirement, the provisions of section I of this instrument shall apply.
  2. The contact details of the data protection delegate: In order to comply with this requirement, the provisions of numeral V of this instrument shall apply, in particular, you should consider that the contact for issues related to the processing of your personal data is the BEEGOPP Personal Data Committee, located at 2127 Brickell Ave, Apt 703, Miami, FL 33129 and you may contact it through the email dataprivacy@beegopp.com.
  3. The purposes of the processing for which the personal data is intended and the legal basis for the processing. In order to comply with this requirement, the provisions of Section III of this instrument shall apply. Likewise, we inform you that the legal basis for the processing is the assumption that the processing of your personal data is necessary to provide the contracted service related to the use of BEEGOPP, therefore, the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the Responsible. In the case of prospective customers, the legal basis is their tacit consent to the provision of this instrument.
  4. The recipients or categories of recipients of personal data. In order to comply with this requirement, the provisions of Section V of this instrument shall apply.
  5. The Controller's intention to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization. In order to comply with this requirement, the provisions of paragraphs V and IX of this instrument shall apply.
  6. The period of time during which the personal data will be kept. The term for which the personal data will be kept will be identified in two stages: The first one referring to the time for which your personal data will be used for the primary purposes indicated in numeral III of this instrument, and at the conclusion of the same, your personal data will be kept in the second stage referring to the blocking of your personal data, which will attend to the time established by the legislation that regulates the provision of the service. Specifically, the Data Controller has a specific policy that governs the retention periods of your personal data, in particular, the blocking time of your personal data will be 10 years from the conclusion of the execution of the primary purposes indicated above. At the end of this period, and in accordance with the above-mentioned Policy, your personal data will be deleted.
  7. The existence of the right to request from the data controller access to personal data concerning the data subject, and their rectification or erasure, or the restriction of their processing, or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. In order for you to exercise the aforementioned rights, the provisions of section VI of this instrument shall apply; however, the specific rules for the processing of the corresponding request shall be applicable in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
  8. The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may submit the complaint to the appropriate supervisory authority in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction.
  9. The source of the personal data. In the event that the personal data is not obtained directly by the owner of the same, it is made known that the source of origin is the client of BEEGOPP that hires the Platform to provide it as a tool to its collaborators or employees. Likewise, users or administrators of the Platform may enter personal data of other holders of personal data, which are necessary for the configuration and/or use of the Platform.
  10. Profiling. In this case, the provisions of paragraph V of this section shall apply, in which personal data is transferred in encrypted form to social networks in order to identify the profile of our users with the purpose of prospecting new customers.

Any changes will be posted on our website https://www.beegopp.com.
